Gold Malware Treatment Award pour avast! Edition Professionnelle
avast! antivirus Edition Professionnelle a reçu le Gold Malware Treatment Award de la part du portail russe Anti-Malware.ru pour sa capacité à détecter et supprimer les infections virales et autres logiciels malveillants, sans causer de dommage à l'ordinateur hôte du système d'exploitation. Dans un sondage d’Octobre 2008 des 15 leaders fournisseurs d'antivirus, avast! classé 2e et a été l'un des deux uniques fournisseurs capables de supprimer les deux infections tests de rootkit.

 Récompense Virus Bulletin 100 - Octobre 2008Octobre 2008 - Ce mois-ci les tests de Virus Bulletin se sont portés sur la plate-forme Windows Server 2008. Selon le rapport de Virus Bulletin, avast 4.8 Server Edition, qui a été développé spécialement pour la plate-forme serveur, a affiché un taux de détection "très impressionnant", en détectant tous les virus de la "Wild List" sans aspects positifs faux, cela lui a donné de recevoir une autre récompense VB100.

Une fois de plus, avast! 4 Professional Edition a détecté tous les virus In-The-Wild (c'est-à-dire des virus connus qui sont les plus répandus), ainsi que plus de 97% des chevaux de Troie sans aspects positifs faux à la suite de quoi nous avons ajouté un autre prix VB100 à notre compte!
